BOSS - Bovine Bonegraft granule Material de aditie osoasa de origine bovina,produs de catre compania Koreana MedPark prin ardere la temperaturi foarte mari. Este disponibil in 2 tipuri de granulatie, timpul de osteointegrare fiind de 6-9 luni. Caracteristici • Are o porozitate ridicată ceea ce favorizează migrarea osteoblastelor și vascularizarea • Suprafaţa granulelor are micro‐pori şi o textură care ajută la formarea de os nou • Manipulare facilă: produsul poate fi amestecat cu ser fiziologic sau cu sange înainte de utilizare pentru a‐l adapta zonei defectului. • Ambalaj steril, doză unică (single use) recomandată. Indicaţii si utilizare •Se foloseste in defecte osoase la nivel bucal şi maxilo-facial. Este indicat sa se foloseasca post-extractional , în sinus‐lift, augmentări de creastă verticale si orizontale și in alte intervenţii • Se poate utiliza singur sau în combinaţie cu os autolog (propriu pacientului)
